Investment Risk Series: Issue 1

The Cost of Investing

If anyone tells you they have a zero-risk opportunity, you have to look objectively at what they are focusing on as zero-risk and ensure their claims are backed by irrefutable and unbiased data. Zero-risk opportunities are as rare as Colored Diamonds.

Yet, there are many things you can do to become a smart investor in a risky economy.

In the coming weeks, we will discuss various risk strategies to finish the year off with low-risk investments in mind. We have a broad range of newsletter recipients - from first-time investors to seasoned clients who have worked with us for many years so we will be addressing various investor ranges throughout this series.

Next week’s blog: Deciding how much risk you’re comfortable taking.

Understanding how much money it takes to invest

Be honest with yourself here! How much do you earn? How many financial resources do you have available to you and members of your household? How much needs to be allocated toward bills, savings, and pleasures? What makes sense to invest if your intention is to grow your capital? How much time do you have available? Do you need quick cash now, or are you investing for long-term stability and success?

Your lifestyle can highlight where you are in your investment journey and what your goals are so you can move forward with a plan that is right for you. No two households share the same circumstances, resources, or goals. If you are saving for a rainy day and your savings account is not growing more than inflation is reducing its value, there are other investments you can consider.

You want to ensure that your investment is a smart choice, the right fit for your specific needs, and understand what your ROI will be. That will determine if the investment is worth it.

Fancy Color Diamonds (FCDs) are seen as a storehouse of wealth. There are many reasons why they are considered a low-risk investment. Investing in FCDs can significantly increase your portfolio over time. The supply is decreasing and diamonds take millions of years to form. The value has consistently increased year after year for decades, backed by data. The opportunity to invest in high-quality investment-grade FCDs is reduced every quarter. FCDs are easily transportable to any country, easily insured, and have a low cost of ownership, unlike other hard assets.

Our long-term investments have been consistently outperforming retirement and traditional wealth management plans. Initial investment ranges in cost to enter the investment-diamonds space for qualified investors based on market availability. Contact us for current market evaluations.

The purchase price of FCDs increases alongside their increase in value. For the markets of fancy pinks, blues, greens, reds, and D-Flawless diamonds, the spread is significant between the purchase price and current market value/insurance value. The global market uncertainty is helping us to access diamonds as cash value rates. This value spread will shorten each quarter as owners become more comfortable with the growing asset class values and demand higher prices. We are currently able to capture the value of the spread of the purchase price (market value) and insurance value.

Currently, we are projecting a 20-30%+ equity value increase immediately after purchase. This is possible because we negotiate the best prices so that when we close on a diamond, we already have equity, as the diamonds are appraised at a higher value. We believe that FCDs are the future of secure commerce and investors currently have a unique window to capture the value before Fancy Color Diamonds become an indexed commodity and there are limited to no FCDs remaining.

In addition to equity upon closing, FCDs have increased by as much as 395.8%, outperforming ALL other major investment markets historically. If you’re looking for a low-risk investment, Fancy Color Diamonds as an asset class is something to consider, especially during these turbulent economic times to diversify your portfolio.
